The seat cushion and backrest are each equipped with a TED  assembly that includes a seat blower (fan motor, serviced as an assembly with the TED  ). There is also a temperature sensor (thermistor) in each TED  which provides feedback to the DCSM  . The TEDs  are controlled by the DCSM  .
