Halfshaft - RH, All Wheel Drive (AWD), 3.5L GTDI: Removal

  1. Remove the wheel and tire. REFER to WHEEL AND TIRE .
  2. This procedure step requires the specified number of technicians.

  5. NOTE: Use care when releasing the lower arm and knuckle into the resting position or damage to the ball joint seal or CV  boot may occur.

  8. NOTE: Do not pull on the outer part of the halfshaft or the CV  will separate. When seperating the RH halfshaft and intermediate shaft, pull on the inner part of the halfshaft.
