Glove Compartment: Removal

Remove the RH instrument panel side trim panel.
1. Pull outward to release the 4 retaining clips.
Detach the glove compartment dampener string from the glove compartment bin.
If equipped, remove the passenger side knee bolster air bag. Refer to, SUPPLEMENTAL RESTRAINT SYSTEM .
NOTE: LH side shown in illustration, RH side similar.

Remove the 2 glove compartment hinge pins.
Open the glove compartment door, disengage the glove compartment down stops and remove the glove compartment door.
