Transfer Case Cooler: Installation

    • Tighten to 12 Nm (106 lb-in).

    • Tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).

  4. Remove hose clamp pliers.

  5. Fill the PTU  fluid level. Refer to POWER TRANSFER UNIT (PTU) DRAINING AND FILLING .
  6. NOTE: Replace the O-ring before installing the PTU  temperature sensor.
    • Tighten to 12 Nm (106 lb-in).

    • Tighten to 12 Nm (106 lb-in).

  9. Install the RH catalytic converter. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM .
  10. Fill and bleed the cooling system. Refer to ENGINE COOLING SYSTEM .
