Engine Oil Pressure (EOP) Switch: Removal

  1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. REFER to JACKING AND LIFTING
  2. Loosen the 4 retainers and remove the underbody shield.

  3. NOTE: Early build shown in illustration, late build similar.
    NOTE: Apply thread sealant to the EOP  switch threads.

    Disconnect the EOP  switch electrical connector.

    • Remove the EOP  switch.
    • To install, tighten to 15 Nm (133 lb-in).
