Safety Belt Retractors: Notes

The safety belt retractors can consist of the following features:
- Safety belt retractor pretensioner (front outboard only)
- Dual locking mode
- Emergency Locking Retractor (ELR)
- Automatic Locking Retractor (ALR) (all except driver, front and rear center seating positions)
- Load limiting retractor (front outboard only)
- Cinch tongue (front center and rear center only)
