DTC P2043: REDUCTANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR CIRCUIT RANGE/PERFORMANCE
| Description: | The PCM completes a plausibility check on the reductant temperature sensor after a 6 hour cold soak by comparing the reductant temperature signal to the ambient air temperature and engine coolant temperature signals on startup. This DTC sets when the reductant temperature difference compared to the ambient air temperature and engine coolant temperature is greater than 20°C (36°F). | ||
