DTC P1725: Insufficient Engine Speed Increase During Self Test

DTC P1725: INSUFFICIENT ENGINE SPEED INCREASE DURING SELF TEST

Description:  This DTC sets when the PCM detects the engine speed is less than a calibrated speed during the key On, engine running (KOER) self-test. The (KOER) self-test aborts when the DTC sets.
Possible Causes:   
Diagnostic Aids:  If the KOER self-test is aborted and this DTC is present, repeat the KOER self-test.
Application  Key On Engine Off  Key On Engine Running  Continuous Memory
