Removal and Installation

Disconnect the license plate lamp harness from the rear bumper.

If equipped, disconnect the rear park aid harness.
Remove the 4 rear bumper-to-bracket nuts.
- To install, tighten to 115 Nm (85 lb-ft).

NOTE: The aid of an assistant is required to remove the bumper.

Remove the 2 rear bumper bolts and retainers (1 each side).
Remove the rear bumper from the vehicle.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Transfer all necessary components.
