Door Alignment - Rear, SuperCab

NOTE: The following procedure is for carrying out fore, aft, up, down and tilt adjustments.
  1. Remove the rear door inside trim panel(s). For additional information, refer to INTERIOR TRIM AND ORNAMENTATION .
  2. NOTE: Left rear door shown, right rear door symmetrically opposite.

    Remove the upper door strikers.

  3. Remove the lower door strikers.

  4. Loosen the bolts only enough to allow for slight door movement.

  5. Close the doors and carefully adjust the rear door until correctly aligned with all bodylines and adjacent panels. For additional information, refer to BODY REPAIRS .

  6. Carefully open the doors and tighten the bolts.
    • Tighten to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft).

  7. Install and adjust the upper and lower strikers. For additional information, refer to STRIKER ADJUSTMENT .
