Door Alignment - Front, All and Rear Door, Crew Cab

Front Door and Rear Door, Crew Cab
NOTE:
Before carrying out the door alignment, refer to STRIKER PRE-ADJUSTMENT INSPECTION .
- Remove the door striker.
Front Door
- Remove lower cowl trim panel. For additional information refer to
INTERIOR TRIM AND ORNAMENTATION

Rear Door, Crew Cab
- Position aside the lower b-pillar trim panel. For additional information, refer to the interior trim exploded view in
INTERIOR TRIM AND ORNAMENTATION

Front Door and Rear Door, Crew Cab

NOTE: Driver door shown, passenger door and rear doors on Crew Cab similar.
Loosen the hinge bolts and the hinge nuts on the body only enough to allow for slight door movement.
- Close and adjust the door until door gaps are uniform and the door is correctly aligned with bodylines on the adjacent panels. For additional information, refer to BODY REPAIRS .
- Carefully open the door and tighten the bolts and nuts.
- Tighten to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft).
Front Door
- Install the lower cowl trim panel. For additional information, refer to

Rear Door, Crew Cab
- Install the lower b-pillar trim panel. For additional information, refer to
INTERIOR TRIM AND ORNAMENTATION

Front Door and Rear Door, Crew Cab
- Reinstall and adjust the door striker. For additional information, refer to STRIKER ADJUSTMENT .
- Check the door for correct operation and alignment.
