  • VERIFY the rear window defrost operation using the instrument panel rear window defrost switch. If the rear window defrost is still inoperative, GO to PINPOINT TEST I . If the rear window defrost operates, Refer to the appropriate Information and Entertainment Systems article for the procedure.
  • The defrost system does not respond to voice command only
  • Voice recognition system
  • VERIFY the rear window defrost operation using the instrument panel rear window defrost switch. If the rear window defrost is still inoperative, GO to PINPOINT TEST I . If the rear window defrost operates, Refer to the appropriate Information and Entertainment Systems article for the procedure.
