Delayed Accessory Feature

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2013 Ford F-550 Super Duty, 2013 Ford F-450 Super Duty, 2013 Ford F-350 Super Duty, and 2013 Ford F-250 Super Duty. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

The accessory delay, located in the BCM, provides voltage for the operation of the power windows and the roof opening panel (if equipped). The accessory delay relay is active when the ignition is in the RUN or the ACC position, or when the ignition is changed from RUN or ACC to the OFF/LOCK position and the LH and RH front doors are closed.
