Transmission Fluid Cooler Tubes - 6.7L Diesel: Installation

Install the transmission fluid cooler tubes and install the bolt to the transmission case.
- Tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).

Connect the transmission fluid cooler tube assembly.

Install the transmission fluid cooler tube secondary latches.

Position the side wire harness and install the nut.
- Tighten to 12 Nm (106 lb-in).

Position the transmission cooler tubes and install the nut.
- Tighten to 12 Nm (106 lb-in).

Using a new gasket, install the oil filter adapter, 4 bolts and stud bolt.
- Tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).

Position the engine wire harness at the oil filter adapter and install the nut.
- Tighten to 12 Nm (106 lb-in).

Connect the EOP switch and EOT sensor electrical connectors.

Install a new oil filter.
Top off the engine with the correct engine oil for the climate. For additional Information, refer to ENGINE - 6.7L DIESEL .
Top off the transmission fluid and check for leaks.
