Auxiliary Transmission Fluid Cooler - Oil-to-Air Fluid Cooler: Removal

- With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING & LIFTING .
- Remove the radiator grille. For additional information, refer to EXTERIOR TRIM AND ORNAMENTATION .

NOTE: Do not disconnect the A/C lines while moving the A/C condenser toward the front of the vehicle to remove the Oil-To-Air (OTA) transmission fluid cooler.
Remove the 2 bracket bolts and position the A/C condenser forward.
- Remove the 3 pushpins from the lower air deflector.
NOTE: Bumper removed for clarity.
- Remove the 3 remaining pushpins and the lower air deflector.
- Disconnect front transmission fluid cooler tube from the OTA fluid cooler.
- Disconnect the OTA transmission fluid cooler outlet tube.

NOTE: A/C Condenser removed for clarity.
Remove the 2 OTA transmission fluid cooler bolts.
- Remove the OTA transmission fluid cooler.
