Auxiliary Transmission Fluid Cooler - Oil-to-Air Fluid Cooler: Installation

  1. Position the OTA transmission fluid cooler into the mounts.

  2. Install the 2 OTA transmission fluid cooler bolts.
    • Tighten to 8 Nm (71 lb-in).

  3. Connect the OTA transmission fluid cooler outlet tube.

  4. Connect the front transmission fluid cooler tube to the OTA fluid cooler.

  5. Install the lower air deflector and 3 pushpins.

  6. Install the 3 remaining pushpins in the lower air deflector.

  7. Position the A/C condenser into the lower brackets and install the 2 bolts.
    • Tighten to 8 Nm (71 lb-in).

  8. Install the radiator grille. For additional information, refer to EXTERIOR TRIM AND ORNAMENTATION .
  9. Fill with transmission fluid and check for leaks.
