Catalytic Converter - RH, AWD: Removal

NOTE: Do not excessively bend, twist or allow the exhaust to hang from the flexible pipe or damage to the exhaust system may occur.

With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, REFER to JACKING AND LIFTING for lifting points.
Detach the 3 retainers and remove the splash shield.

Remove the RH CMS. REFER to CATALYST MONITOR SENSOR - 3.5L TI-VCT
Remove the exhaust Y-pipe. REFER to Exhaust Y-Pipe .
Remove the Transmission Support Insulator - Anti Roll AWD. REFER to TRANSMISSION SUPPORT INSULATOR -- ANTI-ROLL AWD .
Rotate the engine forward.
Remove the 4 nuts and the RH catalytic converter.
- Discard the 4 RH catalytic converter nuts and gasket.
