  2. CHECK THE ACCESSORY DELAY RELAY
    1. Disconnect: Accessory Delay Relay.
    2. Carry out the accessory delay relay component test.

Refer to OEM Wiring Diagrams - COMPONENT TESTING for schematic and connector information.

Did the delayed accessory relay pass the component test?

    • Yes: For Base, GO to .

For XLT or Limited, GO to  5.

    • No: INSTALL a new accessory delay relay.
  3. CHECK THE ACCESSORY DELAY RELAY OUTPUT CIRCUIT FOR AN OPEN OR SHORT TO GROUND

Is the resistance greater than 10, 000 ohms between the window control switch and ground; and less than 3 ohms between the window control switch and BCM?

    • Yes: GO to .
    • No: REPAIR the circuit.
  4. CHECK THE CIRCUIT BREAKER
    1. Ignition OFF.
    2. Connect: BCM C2280D.
    3. Connect: LH Front Window Control Switch C535B.
    4. Install a new BCM circuit breaker 48 (30A).
    5. Operate each of the power windows.

    Do the power windows operate?

    • Yes: The system is operating correctly at this time.
    • No: GO to .
  5. CHECK FOR CORRECT BCM OPERATION
    1. Ignition OFF.
    2. Disconnect and inspect all BCM connectors.
    3. Repair:
      • corrosion (install new connector or terminals - clean module pins)
      • damaged or bent pins - install new terminals/pins as necessary
      • pushed-out pins - install new pins as necessary
    4. Reconnect the BCM connectors. Make sure they seat and latch correctly.
    5. Operate the system and determine if the concern is still present.

    Is the concern still present?
