Seat Backrest Cover - Manual: Removal
NOTE:
For component identification and locations, REFER to Seat - Exploded View .
NOTE:
To remove the RH third row seat backrest trim cover, the LH seat outboard pivot cover must be removed before the RH seat outboard pivot cover can be removed.
- Pry to release the clips and remove the LH seat outboard pivot cover.
- If removing RH backrest cover, pry to release the clips and remove the RH seat outboard pivot cover.
- Release the backrest cover upper J-clip under the head restraint.
- Release the backrest trim cover lower J-strip, open the trim cover and release the inner J-clips.
- Remove the pivot bolt.
- Invert the backrest trim cover and remove 3 rows of 3 hog rings.
- Remove the backrest trim cover.
- Pull the strap through the trim cover.
