A module does not respond to the scan tool	Fuse Wiring, terminals or connectors Module	REFER to SYMPTOM CHART: COMMUNICATION NETWORK .
The turn signal lamps flash fast and no bulbs are inoperative	NOTE: LED lamps draw low current compared to an incandescent bulb. The BCM can interpret this as a bulb out and fast flash (bulb outage mode) the remaining lamp. Bulb	INSTALL correct turn lamp bulbs as necessary.
The turn signal function is inoperative	Multifunction switch SCCM	REFER to Diagnostic Routine P: The Turn Signal Function Is Inoperative .
The turn signal function is always on	Multifunction switch SCCM	INSTALL a new multifunction switch. REFER to STEERING COLUMN MULTIFUNCTION SWITCH . TEST the system for normal operation. If the concern still exists, INSTALL a new SCCM. REFER to STEERING COLUMN CONTROL MODULE (SCCM) .
One turn signal lamp is inoperative or always on	Wiring, terminals or connectors Bulb Exterior mirror Headlamp assembly BCM	VERIFY the bulb is OK. If OK, REFER to Diagnostic Routine R: One Turn Signal Lamp Is Inoperative Or Always On .
The hazard lamp function is inoperative or always on	Wiring, terminals or connectors FCIM BCM	REFER to Diagnostic Routine S: The Hazard Lamp Function Is Inoperative Or Always On .
