The driver window control switch illumination is inoperative	Wiring, terminals or connectors Window control switch	Go to PINPOINT TEST G .
The passenger window control switch illumination is inoperative	Window control switch	CHECK the operation of the power windows. If the power windows are inoperative, refer to WINDOWS & GLASS - GLASS, FRAMES & MECHANISMS . If the power windows operate correctly, INSTALL a new window control switch. Refer to WINDOWS & GLASS - GLASS, FRAMES & MECHANISMS . TEST the system for normal operation.
One or more switch illumination is inoperative	Wiring, terminals or connectors Ambient lighting switch Clock Center stack switch assembly Floor shifter Headlamp switch Message center switch Power liftgate switch Liftgate release switch Auxiliary climate control assembly	Go to PINPOINT TEST H .
All network controlled illumination does not dim	Medium Speed Controller Area Network (MS-CAN) SJB	CARRY OUT the network test. If the scan tool responds with no communication to any module on the MS-CAN , refer to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK . If the scan tool communicates with the modules on the MS-CAN , INSTALL a new SJB . Refer to MULTIFUNCTION ELECTRONIC MODULE . TEST the system for normal operation.
The Instrument Cluster (IC) illumination is inoperative/does not dim	MS-CAN IC	CARRY OUT the network test. If the scan tool responds with no communication with the IC , refer to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK . If the scan tool communicates with the IC , INSTALL a new IC . Refer to INSTRUMENTATION SYSTEM, MESSAGE CENTER & WARNING CHIMES . TEST the system for normal operation.
The HVAC module illumination is inoperative/does not dim (vehicles with navigation)	MS-CAN HVAC module	CARRY OUT the network test. If the scan tool responds with no communication with the HVAC module, refer to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK . If the scan tool communicates with the HVAC module, INSTALL a new HVAC module. Refer to CLIMATE CONTROL . TEST the system for normal operation.
The Front Controls Interface Module (FCIM) illumination is inoperative/does not dim (vehicles without navigation)	MS-CAN FCIM	CARRY OUT the network test. If the scan tool responds with no communication with the FCIM , refer to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK . If the scan tool communicates with the FCIM , INSTALL a new FCIM . Refer to DRIVER INFORMATION SYSTEM & ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM . TEST the system for normal operation.
The Front Display Interface Module (FDIM) illumination is inoperative/does not dim (vehicles without navigation)	MS-CAN FDIM	CARRY OUT the network test. If the scan tool responds with no communication with the FDIM , refer to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK . If the scan tool communicates with the FDIM , INSTALL a new FDIM . Refer to DRIVER INFORMATION SYSTEM & ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM . TEST the system for normal operation.
The Audio Control Module (ACM) illumination is inoperative/does not dim (vehicles with navigation)	MS-CAN ACM	CARRY OUT the network test. If the scan tool responds with no communication with the ACM , refer to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK . If the scan tool communicates with the ACM , INSTALL a new ACM . Refer to DRIVER INFORMATION SYSTEM & ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM . TEST the system for normal operation.
The Rear Entertainment Module (RETM) illumination is inoperative/does not dim	MS-CAN RETM	CARRY OUT the network test. If the scan tool responds with no communication with the RETM , refer to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK . If the scan tool communicates with the RETM , INSTALL a new RETM . Refer to DRIVER INFORMATION SYSTEM & ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM . TEST the system for normal operation.
