D-Pillar Trim Panel

Removal and Installation

1. Remove the safety belt anchor bolt.
- To install, tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).





2. Open the D-pillar trim panel bolt covers.





3. Remove the D-pillar trim panel bolts.





4. Remove the D-pillar trim panel.
- Pull forward on the D-pillar trim panel to release the front clips.

- Pull downward on the D-pillar trim panel to release the upper clip.

5. Reposition the safety belt through the D-pillar trim panel.

6. NOTICE: To avoid damage to the D-pillar trim panel, remove any retaining clips from the body and attach to the D-pillar trim panel before installation.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
