SYMPTOM CHART

All power windows are inoperative - XLT or Limited
  • Accessory delay relay
  • Body Control Module (BCM)
All power windows are inoperative - Base
  • Circuit breaker
  • Accessory delay relay
  • Wiring, terminals or connectors
  • Window control switch
A single power window is inoperative - Left Hand (LH) front, XLT or Limited
  • Fuse(s)
  • Wiring, terminals or connectors
  • Window control switch
  • Power window motor
A single power window is inoperative - Left Hand (LH) front, Base
  • Wiring, terminals or connectors
  • Window control switch
  • Power window motor
A single power window is inoperative - Right Hand (RH) front, XLT or Limited
  • Fuse
  • Wiring, terminals or connectors
  • Window control switch
  • Power window motor
A single power window is inoperative - Right Hand (RH) front or rear, Base
  • Wiring, terminals or connectors
  • Window control switch
  • Power window motor
A single power window is inoperative - Rear, XLT or Limited
  • Circuit breaker

All passenger windows are inoperative

The one-touch up feature is inoperative - XLT or Limited
  • Front power window motor not initialized
  • Battery power was lost while the front power window motor was operating

The one-touch down feature is inoperative - Base
  • Window control switch
The defrost system is inoperative - does not respond to voice command (if equipped)
  • Voice recognition system
  • VERIFY the rear window defrost operation using the instrument panel rear window defrost switch. If the rear window defrost is still inoperative, REFER to DIAGNOSTIC ROUTINE E . If the rear window defrost operates, REFER to DIAGNOSTIC ROUTINE N  (If equipped with Premium Plus) or REFER to DIAGNOSTIC ROUTINE N  (If equipped with Sony® Sound).
The defrost system is inoperative - does not respond to touchscreen command (if equipped)
  • Touchscreen
  • VERIFY the rear window defrost operation using the instrument panel rear window defrost switch. If the rear window defrost is still inoperative, REFER to DIAGNOSTIC ROUTINE E . If the rear window defrost operates, REFER to DIAGNOSTIC ROUTINE L  (Premium Plus) or REFER to DIAGNOSTIC ROUTINE L  (Sony® Sound).
The defrost system is inoperative
  • Fuse(s)
  • Rear window defrost relay
  • Wiring, terminals or connectors
  • Rear window defrost grid
  • Front Controls Interface Module (FCIM)
  • Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) module
The defrost system will not shut off automatically
  • Rear window defrost relay
  • Wiring, terminals or connectors
  • Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) module
The delayed accessory is inoperative
  • Door ajar switch(es)
  • Accessory delay relay
  • Body Control Module (BCM)
The delayed accessory does not turn off
  • Accessory delay relay
  • Wiring, terminals or connectors
  • Body Control Module (BCM)
