The defrost system is inoperative - does not respond to voice command (if equipped)	Voice recognition system	VERIFY the rear window defrost operation using the instrument panel rear window defrost switch. If the rear window defrost is still inoperative, REFER to DIAGNOSTIC ROUTINE E . If the rear window defrost operates, REFER to DIAGNOSTIC ROUTINE N (If equipped with Premium Plus) or REFER to DIAGNOSTIC ROUTINE N (If equipped with Sony® Sound).
The defrost system is inoperative - does not respond to touchscreen command (if equipped)	Touchscreen	VERIFY the rear window defrost operation using the instrument panel rear window defrost switch. If the rear window defrost is still inoperative, REFER to DIAGNOSTIC ROUTINE E . If the rear window defrost operates, REFER to DIAGNOSTIC ROUTINE L (Premium Plus) or REFER to DIAGNOSTIC ROUTINE L (Sony® Sound).
