Removal and Installation

  1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING & LIFTING article.
  2. Install the Engine Support Bar.

  3. Remove the engine mount bracket bolt.
    • To install, tighten to 115 Nm (85 lb-ft).
  4. Use the Engine Support Bar to raise the engine 25 mm (0.98 in).

  5. Remove the 3 nuts and the engine mount bracket.
    • To install, tighten to 115 Nm (85 lb-ft).
  6. Remove the 3 bolts and the engine mount.
    • To install, tighten to 48 Nm (35 lb-ft).
  7. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
