Normal Operation
The roof opening panel module assembly has 2 drain channels located under the side trim panels to direct water externally to the front and rear corners of the roof. There are no drain hoses in this system. When the roof opening panel glass is completely closed, it is flush with the roof panel and correctly sealed.
This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- Roof opening sliding glass panel motor not initialized
- Roof opening panel drain channel blockage
- Roof opening panel primary seal
- Roof opening panel front trim panel seal
- Windshield
- Antenna
- Roof opening panel module assembly
- Roof opening panel fixed rear glass urethane adhesive seal
