Power-Fold Seat Motor - Rear Seat

Removal and Installation

1. Remove the seat. For additional information, refer to Seat- Rear, 40 Percent Seat - Rear, 40 Percent or Seat- Rear, 60 Percent Seat - Rear, 60 Percent.

2. Remove 2 screws and the outboard lower side shield.

3. Remove the power fold motor in the following sequence.
1. Remove the 2 screws from the power fold motor.

2. Slide the cable housing out of the recliner.

3. Turn the cable end so the tab aligns with the slot in the lever and separate the cable.

4. Remove the power fold motor.


4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
