Transmission Mode Switch: Description and Operation

ENGINE CONTROL COMPONENTS

Transmission Control Switch (TCS)
The TCS signals the PCM with VPWR whenever the TCS is pressed. On vehicles with this feature, the TCIL illuminates when the TCS is cycled to disengage overdrive.
