Removal and Installation

Lower the glove compartment door.
- Open the glove compartment door.
- Depress the 2 glove compartment stops and fully lower the glove compartment door.

NOTE: The RH instrument panel finish panel is removed for clarity.

If equipped, disconnect the Accessory Protocol Interface Module (APIM) electrical connectors through the glove compartment door opening.

Remove the RH instrument panel finish panel screw located on the back of the RH instrument panel finish panel through the glove compartment door opening.
Remove the RH instrument panel finish panel.
- Pull the RH instrument panel finish panel outward to release the RH instrument panel finish panel retaining clips.
- Remove the RH instrument panel finish panel tether screw.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Make sure to align the trim panel retaining clips to the adjacent retaining clip holes.
