Removal And Installation

  1. Drain the engine coolant. For additional information, refer to ENGINE COOLING article.
  2. Remove the nuts and position the vapor management valve (VMV) aside.

  4. Release the clamps and disconnect the heater hoses from the heater core.

  6. Release the clamp and remove the heater hose.

  8. Remove the blower motor speed control.
    1. Disconnect the blower motor speed control electrical connector.
    2. Remove the 2 blower motor speed control screws.
    3. Remove the blower motor speed control.

  10. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
