Crankshaft Pulley: Installation

  1. Using the Crankshaft Vibration Damper Installer, install the crankshaft pulley.

  3. Using the Strap Wrench, hold the crankshaft pulley, install a new crankshaft pulley bolt. Tighten the bolt in 2 stages.
    • Stage 1: Tighten to 45 Nm (33 lb-ft).
    • Stage 2: Tighten an additional 85 degrees.

  5. Install the accessory drive belt. For additional information, refer to ACCESSORY DRIVE .
  6. Install the ACL outlet pipe. For additional information, refer to INTAKE AIR DISTRIBUTION AND FILTERING .
