Removal And Installation

  1. Remove the convertible top stay pad. For additional information, refer to Stay Pad .
  2. Remove the sail panel clips from the convertible top frame.
  3. Remove the 2 sail panel fasteners (1 each side) from the convertible top frame No. 5 bow.
  4. Remove the 2 listing strap rivets (1 each side) from the rear rail.
  5. Remove the 2 headliner mounting brackets (1 each side) from the rear rail.
  6. Remove the 3 headliner fasteners from the convertible top frame No. 4 bow.
  7. Remove the 6 fasteners attaching the headliner tracks to the convertible top frame No. 2 and No. 3 bows (3 each bow).
  8. Remove the 2 listing strap fasteners (1 each side) from the convertible top frame between the convertible top frame No. 2 and No. 3 bows.
  9. Remove the 6 headliner fasteners from front corners of the convertible top frame.
  10. Remove the headliner from the convertible top frame.
  11. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
