Information and Entertainment System: Antenna

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2009 Ford Mustang. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

The antenna system consists of:

The radio antenna uses a 2-piece coaxial cable to connect the Audio Control Module (ACM) to the antenna. The front antenna lead-in cable is connected to the ACM and has an inline connector behind the glove compartment.

The satellite antenna (if equipped) consists of a trunk-mounted antenna capable of receiving digital satellite audio signals. A one-piece antenna cable connects the satellite antenna to the SDARS module. The cable is part of the luggage compartment lid harness and cannot be replaced separately.
