A Slight Sulfur Smell May Be Normal. Catalysts With Less Than 8,000-16,000 Kilometers (5,000-10,000 Miles), Either From A New Vehicle Or New Catalyst, Are Likely To Have A Sulfur Smell Due To The Highly Active State Of New Catalysts. Installing A New Catalyst May Actually Make The Symptom Worse.
