Auxiliary Transmission Fluid Cooler - 3.0L, 4.0L: Installation

  1. Position the transmission fluid cooler in the vehicle and install the lower screws.
    • Tighten to 8 Nm (71 lb-in).

  3. Install the transmission fluid cooler hoses and clamps.

  5. Install the upper transmission fluid cooler screw.
  6. Fig 4: Locating Grille

  7. Install the grille.
  8. Fill the transmission with clean automatic transmission fluid to the correct level and check for correct transmission operation.
