Pinpoint Test A: No Power In All Ignition Switch Positions

CAUTION: Use the Flex Probe Kit for all test connections to prevent damage to the wiring terminals. Do not use standard multi-meter probes.
  1. A1 CHECK THE VOLTAGE SUPPLY TO THE IGNITION SWITCH 
    • Key in OFF position.
    • Disconnect: Ignition Switch C250
    • Measure the voltage between ground and:
      • ignition switch 250-2, circuit SBB09 (RD), harness side.
      • ignition switch 250-7, circuit SBB09 (RD), harness side.
      • ignition switch 250-9, circuit SBB09 (RD), harness side.
    • Are the voltages greater than 10 volts? 
    1. YES  : INSTALL a new ignition switch. REFER to Ignition Switch . TEST the system for normal operation.
    2. NO  : REPAIR circuit SBB09 (RD). CLEAR the DTCs. TEST the system for normal operation.
