Child Safety Seat Tether Anchor

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2007 Ford Ranger. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

Child safety seat tether anchors have been provided in the vehicle at the passenger and center (60/40 bench only) positions. They are located directly beneath the seat back cushion attached to the frame. To use these anchors, refer to the Owner's Literature. Any child safety seat tether anchor in use during a collision must be inspected and a new seat frame installed if damaged.
