Seat Track - 60 Percent: Installation

  1. Install the seat track rails to the seat track and install the 8 nuts.
    • Tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
  2. Install the seat track and 4 seat track-to-cushion frame bolts.
    • Tighten to 6 Nm (53 lb-in).
  3. Install the seat track adjustment handle.

    • Install one side of the seat track adjustment handle at a time.
  4. Install the seat track assist spring.

  5. Install the 60 percent seat backrest assembly. For additional information, refer to Seat Backrest - Front, 60 Percent  in this article.
  6. Install the 60 percent seat armrest. For additional information, refer to Seat Armrest - 60 Percent  in this article.
  7. Install the seat. For additional information, refer to Seat - Front  in this article.
