All seats

  1. Remove the front seat. For additional information, refer to Seat - Front  in this article.
  2. Remove the front seat backrest. For additional information, refer to Seat Backrest - Front, Bucket and 40 Percent  in this article.
  3. Release the cushion trim cover rear J-clip from the seat cushion.


  1. Remove the 4 seat track-to-cushion frame bolts and remove the seat track assembly from the cushion frame.


    NOTE: Note routing of the seat backrest latch release cable through the seat cushion frame.

  1. Detach the pin-type retainer and remove the backrest latch release cable.
  2. Release the remaining cushion trim cover J-clips.

    • If driver seat, remove the cushion frame from the foam pad and cushion trim cover.
  3. CAUTION: An occupant classification sensor (OCS) system service kit will have the OCS bladder attached to the seat cushion foam pad. Do not separate the OCS bladder from the seat cushion foam pad. Failure to do so may result in component failure.

  4. Remove all rows of hog rings and remove the cushion trim cover.
