Window Glass - Rear Quarter: Installation

- Install the rear quarter window glass.
- Apply foam core butyl to the window. Overlap the foam core butyl by 25 mm (1 in) at the bottom middle of the rear quarter window glass.
- Place glass in body opening.
- Install the rear quarter window glass nuts.
- Tighten to 2 Nm (18 lb-in).
- Test the rear quarter window glass for water leaks.
- Install the rear door trim panel or C-pillar trim panel. For additional information, refer to INTERIOR TRIM AND ORNAMENTATION article.
NOTE:
Remove as much as possible of the foam core butyl from the body and rear quarter window glass prior to installation.
