Transmission Insulator and Retainer: Installation

- Position the insulator on the extension housing.
- Install the insulator-to-extension housing screws.
- Tighten to 90 Nm (66 lb-ft).
- Install the insulator into the crossmember and tighten the nuts.
- Tighten to 90 Nm (66 lb-ft).
- Align and install the rear driveshaft.
- With the marks aligned, install the rear driveshaft and bolts.
- Tighten to 103 Nm (76 lb-ft).
NOTE:
Align the driveshaft with the marks made during removal to make sure of correct balance.
