4WD vehicles

    CAUTION: Any time bolts, washers, spacers or nuts are loosened in the front axle housing for any reason, install new components to prevent damage.

  1. Raise the front axle housing into place and install new bolts and nuts.
    • Tighten to 66 Nm (49 lb-ft).
    • Remove the jack.
  2. Install the dual converter Y-pipe. For additional information, refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM article.
