Oil Pump Screen and Pickup Tube: Installation

- Position a new oil pump pickup tube gasket and the pickup tube, and tighten the 4 bolts in the sequence shown.
- Tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
- Install the oil pan. For additional information, refer to Oil Pan in this article.
NOTE:
Clean the sealing surface with metal surface prep. Observe all warnings and cautions and follow all application directions contained on the packaging of the metal surface prep.
