  1. Disconnect the battery. For additional information, refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES article.
  2. Remove the instrument panel center finish panel. For additional information, refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL AND CONSOLE article.


  1. Using a suitable tool, press the 4 retaining tabs and remove the upfitter switch.
  2. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
