Crankshaft Pulley: Installation

  1. Apply a bead of silicone gasket and sealant to the keyway in the crankshaft damper and use the special tool to install the crankshaft damper.

  2. Using the special tool to prevent crankshaft rotation, install the bolt.
    • Tighten to 160 N.m (118 lb-ft).

  3. Install the fan blade assembly. For additional information, refer to ENGINE COOLING article.
  4. Install the drive belt. For additional information, refer to ACCESSORY DRIVE article.
