PINPOINT TEST H: Barometric Pressure (BARO) Sensor: Introduction

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- Harness circuits: BARO, SIGRTN, and VREF
- BARO sensor
- Powertrain control module (PCM) (12A650)
