PINPOINT TEST A: Powertrain Control Module (PCM) Power Relay: Introduction

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- harness circuits: B+, IGN START/RUN, VPWR, GND and PWRGND
- PCM power relay
- PCM
