Power Steering Pump Pulley: Installation

All vehicles

CAUTION: Replacement of the power steering pump pulley is necessary after being removed and installed 2 times.

Using the special tool, install the power steering pump pulley.

NOTE: Vehicle with air conditioning shown; vehicles without air conditioning similar.

Rotate the tensioner and install the accessory drive belt on the power steering pump pulley.
- For vehicles with air conditioning, rotate the tensioner clockwise.
- For vehicles without air conditioning, rotate the tensioner counterclockwise.

Vehicles with 6.0L engine

Install the engine cooling fan. For additional information, refer to COOLING FAN -- 6.0L DIESEL .
