Removal and Installation

    Vehicles with Police option 

  1. If equipped, remove the flashing rear deck lights. For additional information, refer to EXTERIOR LIGHTING .

    2. All vehicles 

  2. Remove the rear quarter trim panels. For additional information, refer to QUARTER TRIM PANEL .

    3. Vehicles without Police option 

  3. Remove the 2 high mounted stoplamp screws.
  4. Disconnect and remove the high mounted stoplamp.
  5. Release and remove the high mounted stoplamp brackets.

    6. All vehicles 

  6. Remove the 2 pin-type retainers and the parcel shelf.
  7. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
    • Check the restraint system for correct operation.
