PINPOINT TEST DZ: Universal Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S): Introduction

NOTE:
Only diagnose the suspect universal HO2S indicated by the DTC.
This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- universal HO2S (9Y460)
- harness circuits: UO2S, UO2SGREF, UO2SHTR, UO2SPC, UO2SPCT, and VPWR
- powertrain control module (PCM) (12A650)
