Removal and Installation

- With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING & LIFTING article.
- Remove the intake manifold. For additional information, refer to ENGINE MECHANICAL - 2.5L -- FUSION HYBRID, MILAN HYBRID & MKZ HYBRID article.
- Remove the bolt and the Knock Sensor (KS).
- To install, tighten to 20 Nm (177 lb-in).
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
